
On the Costa Blanca, with the possible exception of Country Manor Houses, almost every type of venue is available for your wedding service and reception from Cathedrals to boutique churches, from Restaurants to Castles; and everything in-between.
Logistics are often overlooked within wedding planning, which is one of the reasons that we strongly recommend booking a good wedding planners to take over many or all of the chores associated with planning a wedding. Don't forget to keep in mind distances involved:
1) from your hotel or where you and your guests are staying
2) to the church
3) to the reception venue
4) and how to get back home again!
If you are having a blessing then often the ceremony and reception are all taking place at the same location, be it a private villa, hotel, restaurant or castle. If you decide to have your reception 20-miles away from the church, keep in mind that this will both cost more in terms of transportation, taxis, coaches etc, but also cut into the time you have to enjoy your day, due to the travel time involved.
